I have been training with physiotherapist and professional MMA fighter Sunny Sandhu for about two and a half year now. I was diagnosed with Parkinson disease, and had a whole list of visible and invisible symptoms. It is amazing how much better my condition has become, and how many symptoms have disappeared entirely, thanks to the very professional and individual approach. There is always a very good atmosphere with the enthusiastic staff. The place is not too big, nor too small. I always really enjoy to go there and have never experienced anything unpleasant.

I have been a member of The Gym for the past three years, training with Robin. In a nutshell, everything has been perfect.
When I first started, I was struggling with persistent lower back pain. However, thanks to Robin's expertise and tailored workouts, my back pain has completely disappeared. It's truly amazing how much improvement I've experienced under his guidance.
Not only has my pain subsided, but my overall strength and muscle growth have significantly improved. Robin's knowledge and ability to design effective workout programs have been instrumental in my progress. His guidance and encouragement have played a crucial role in keeping me motivated and consistently pushing my limits.
The Gym itself is a fantastic facility. It offers a clean and well-maintained environment, equipped with a wide range of exercise equipment to cater to various fitness goals. The staff is friendly and supportive, always ready to assist when needed.

Been training at the Gym for a little over a year now. Each trainer I've worked with had different specialties and modalities so there's something for everyone from boxers to runners to those just looking to improve their overall health. I've been working with Robin the most and the results are clear: increased strength, endurance/cardio, healthy weight loss. Bonus that they are one of the few gyms in AMS with an InBody scanner (vs. just a weighing scale or calipers) so results were quantifiable. The team customizes programs so that you aren't stuck in the same routine over long periods of time or worse, in cookie cutter programs. Regardless of what my short-/medium-term goals were though, long-term health remained a priority so corrective exercises, mobility work, and avoiding overexertion and burnout were part of the programs from day 1. I woke up each morning not feeling like my body was too wrecked to sustainably commit to exercising in the long run.
Aside from my ability to hit my personal goals, the Gym is extremely flexible and has been able to mold my membership around my constant travel schedule; no overly restrictive membership rules or fine print to worry about. It may not be the largest gym but it's well-equipped and never gets too crowded since attention is highly personal.
If you're looking for a gym that has a "local" atmosphere, provides a custom/individual experience, and prioritizes long-term and overall health, The Gym is THE gym.

If you’re looking to up your fitness, this is the place. I did 3 months of kick boxing and had a blast. Jurmaine was fantastic and is a brilliant coach both mentally and physically. In these 3 months, I’ve been the happiest and best performing across all aspects of my life. The Gym is the way to go 👏

The atmosphere is relaxed and the gym is well equipped.
I signed up for 3 months because I needed to get back in shape and guidance for eating better and more balanced.
I have been followed by Jet for the nutrition and Nina for the workout.
Both are very skilled and competent.
I learned how to eat better and I really enjoyed every workout session with Nina.

I worked out at the Gym with Steven for 3 months and I have progressed even more than I could have imagined. When I started I was unable to get something off the ground because of my knee issues which I had at least for the last 5 years. But after 3 months of working out and doing some physio my knee is amazing and now I am happier with how I look in the mirror. I totally recommend. Thanks Steven

I've been training at The Gym for 1.5 years now. I love the friendly environment and tailored training with experienced trainers. Trainers are focused on pushing towards your goals. It's great to gain muscle, lose fat & get a boost in stamina. Highly recommended!

The BEST gym ever! Usually I quit after a few weeks 😊, but not with these guys!
They're all great trainers, very skilled & dedicated, always challenging you to take that extra step you were convinced you couldn't take. Hard work, but always fun. Love it.
The atmosphere is very relaxed, gym well equipped, even with a boxing ring. Absolutely recommended!
