I love the store but the vendor outside the store seemed kinda pushy just saying

They usually have great deals on shoes. I just got some socks by Stance from the for only $10 each normally $20. I got my last pair of shoes from them as well. Staff is pretty chill too.

Paid for shipping, and was told that my package had a false tag and had to pay again. When I opened my package the pants had a security tag that I cannot remove. Joke of a company.

Website says 10 AM when you get here there’s no hours on the door they don’t open till 11 AM. Salesman open the door and then Said they don’t open till 11 it’s now 11 and he still hasn’t open the door should learn customer service. No way I’m complaining about their service.

The associates were ok. It took 3 of them about 15 min to find ONE shoe to try on. Worst of all, when I had questions about the shoe I wanted to buy, they were not confident in what they were selling. The answers I got were, I don't know, not sure or I think!! The questions were about comfort and warranty. Now, typically, if you don't have an answer, you find out. They were out of my size and when I asked when they would expect more, quess what the answer was?!?!?? You guessed it, "I don't know." The correct thing to say would have been, let me get your number and as soon as we get your size, I will call you. Or, I can order that or look into that for you. Nice people, but corporate, you have have A LOT of training to do with your manager and associates.

The sales workers were very helpful, but not overbearing. They were very friendly. This store has a nice selection of shoes. It was easy to find. Located in the Boise Town Square Mall. Loved the military discount program.

Don't trust these people. I have been told multiple times that a shoe is "sold out". Then I proceed to see an employees friend come into the store. They talk and laugh for about 5 minutes then the employee goes to the back and pulls out the same exact shoe I asked for and gives it to the friend. Like I said, it's not the first time but it totally will be the last. Not going there again but its not like they care. Another issue is that they don't hold it for a day or two. More like a week. Also went in today and the employees seem irritated when they are asked a question. Not all of them do that but its mostly among the young ones that this happens with. Good luck selling to these young kids that use mommy and daddys money to buy their Js (I am just as young but at least I have respect for people and use my own to buy my shoes).
