Eco Lounge

I signed up for a beginner backcountry avalanche course a few days before it started. I was unprepared, and I luckily found Eco Lounge. The entire staff was welcoming. They accommodated for my procrastination by fitting new skins and waxing/sharpening my skis same-day. Definitely recommend and we should all buy local.

My visit to Eco Lounge Ski Shop was nothing short of fantastic! I visited a few other shops around Boise and the level of service and selection at Eco Lounge topped them all. Neil and Doug went above and beyond to assist me in finding my first pair of ski boots. Not only did they take the time to understand my skiing level and preferences, but they also ensured that the boots fit like a glove by helping them mold perfectly to my feet. They even recommended and provided the right inserts and socks for added comfort and support.

Their expertise and dedication to ensuring a perfect fit were truly impressive. Beyond just selling gear, they seemed to genuinely cared about making sure I had the best possible experience on the slopes. And to top it off, the eco-friendly ethos of the shop resonated with me, adding an extra layer of appreciation for their business.

Just bought some goggles here and was very impressed with the friendly service. The man who helped me provided a lot of information on the various products, making it easy to select the right one for me.

Went in to get new liners for my ski boots. Ended up getting the new Atomic mimic pro liners with custom injection foam and they feel amazing. Super snug and ankle feels locked in. Mike definitely took care of me, awesome ski shop.

Eco lounge is the only place I trust to tune my skis properly. You can tell that they take their time and do it right. I’ve had many subpar experiences and am always appreciative when I find a ski shop that is passionate about the craft. I felt compelled to write a review to let other ski bums know the place to get a legit ski/board tune done. 10/10

Got set up with new boots here and couldn’t be more stoked. I’ve been skiing on boots that don’t fit right for years. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable about the different options. After getting the boots fit they feel like slippers. I won’t be that guy complaining about my boots on the lift.

Familiarizing myself with all of the local shops Boise has to offer…

This was my first stop, and it is what I’d call a local treasure. Plenty of seasonal gear for skiing and winter sports, and even with the changing out from Summer to Winter, I can already see this will be my go to fishing outfitter.

Everyone staffing the shop on a Wednesday morning was helpful and friendly! I am super stoked to make this one of my new home town favorites!!

Eco lounge is a Boise gem! Truly amazing team of professionals from start to finish; they really helped me when i needed a quality sup board at a good price. No high-pressure sales pitches, no invisible script to get me to buy something, just good service. I will be returning for all my outdoor needs.
