Super helpful and nice personel!
Bad service, unmotivated personnel. Kicks management it would be good if you visit your stores from time to time and see what kind of service you’re customers are getting! Communication skills would be a good starting point. Good luck! Visited the store on the 29th of December 2022.
Poor customer service. I wanted to purchase a foundation (525SEK) so obviously wanted to check the color first. The test bottle was empty so asked for help. The lady said "no can't do anything about it. Go to Åhléns instead" I was surprised by this answer.. no effort to even ask any questions or try to help. Left the store and went to Åhléns and received much better service there and made my purchase. That's 525 SEK lost because of your bad service.
Went to find some new foundation and was slightly in a hurry... they ended up giving me small pots so I can try the foundation at home... Best customer experience ever!!!
Good selection of products. Staff was somewhat helpful. I did end up returning my products however as Mac had the same products at a better price.
Depends on who work there. My first day experience was too good. Because I got full attention and bought so many things. Then 3-4 times I was there, I didn't get much help. Now I am little bit disappointed on their service.
Awful staff! They were so rude towards me and my friend I was absolutely speechless. I will never shop at this store kicks again. I spent a lot of money at kicks, over 10 000 this past year, but I will no longer support a company that hires people that treat others so unfair and snotty. I will not contribute to their pay checks any longer.
