Moa is so very kind! Perfect customer service.
Scammers! Advertising discount if you purchase two products of "heattech" line. When you're paying the discount is not applicable for some stupid reasons. Will delete my uniqlo app. No use of it

Best quality with one month return/exchange policy. You can find warm winter cloths yet light weight.

This store is very well organized with friendly and efficient staff members who know everything about the store's merchandise.
As a previous worker I can say that the company forces you to work fast, often in a way that is invisible to customers, for example before opening, after closing or when being off the shop floor. Having unreasonable expectations they also have very little respect to work-life balance. An experience I've never had working for any other employer.
You can only make returns for items you bought on this store. The return policy can be better for a global brand. Managers seem to have zero power to make exceptions and can be difficult to communicate with. Worse experience overall compared to other Uniqlo stores.
