I just want to say that they are about the people not about the pay check for a living in my lowest life with me trying to get a place for me I was told my voucher was expired and I didn't know what they were talking about I was doing everything I needed to do that I was told to do and my worker just said I would see if they were able to get me in a different program well today I will be gratefully moving in my own place because Tanya listened to me and did her job and discussed it with her boss and I went out that same day and called her a hour later to tell her I got a place to God be the glory cause instead of being homeless I will be moving in next month again she could of just brush me off but she heard my cry for help and stepped in that is awesome and I will never forget you guys have a blessed day and just keep doing what you doing today I want to tell you people that people still care never give up on you and your people who are trying to help you and hear your cry have a great day on purpose

We are now required to have 2 inspections a year. Makes no sense whatsoever. So therefore I get 3 a year because my landlord also does one ridiculous. Yes, I am a caregiver for my father. And he is being neglected today. Because I can't leave my apartment because I'm waiting for them to come inspect It's a waste of time and money for everybody. is that all I got was between 8 and 5. It's totally ridiculous, and it's a waste of money, and it's an inconvenience for everybuddy.

I relocated from NY over three years ago and they were so nice and kind. And since I had the apartment waiting for approval they work fast. Really nice people. Ms. Karen was great.

No accountability held at this location. They move at a snails pace. Nothing has a time line. Everything is dragged out until the longest extent. Most of the time the office has no clients and the actual housing specialist doesn’t answer the phone ever!! No excuses on why everything is slow except nonchalant, lackluster and no one is following up from the top of the chain of commandment. Will be filing a formal complaint.

I soooo miss Bill Kitchen he was thee best. Our Section office is definitely deserving of the 5 stars during and before Covid.
