Beautiful location. The store is very neat, clean and organized. The employees were very friendly and had excellent customer service. The bagels from the deli are amazing as well as the donuts. The angel food cake definitely should not have been put out because they fell while being baked.

The hospital room floor was extremely dirty. The should be handing out slides and not just socks. Especially for being in the antepartum ward it’s disgusting. Deborah was my nurse and she is amazing. She was really helpful, pleasant, warm and welcoming.

Kitchen staff needs some help. There is a need for diversity in the Kitchen! Food looks beautiful but is lack luster in taste and flavor. Very disappointed. The highlight is the salad and bread sticks. Great ice tea!

No accountability held at this location. They move at a snails pace. Nothing has a time line. Everything is dragged out until the longest extent. Most of the time the office has no clients and the actual housing specialist doesn’t answer the phone ever!! No excuses on why everything is slow except nonchalant, lackluster and no one is following up from the top of the chain of commandment. Will be filing a formal complaint.

All of the maintenance people are related and watch each tenant like a hawk. They want tenants to be evicted to move other family members in. Their relative is the property managers boss in the corporate office. They all violate terms that other tenants can’t do. Extremely unfair and bias. Most outside repairs are done by their family members too. They should be investigated.
