It’s probably the only restaurant in Dubai where you can actually hear the other person speak to you while enjoying a great meal without having to sell your organs to pay the bill. Hands down one of my favorite go-to places to eat. The view is nice, the food amazing, it’s quiet which is rare in town and at a decent price.
Katsuya in Dubai stands out as an exceptional Japanese restaurant, meriting a perfect 5/5 rating. The service is notably amazing, complementing the delectable food offerings. Highlights include the flavorful karaage and the succulent wagyu tacos, with the unique corn sushi also making a delicious impression. Although dessert options are limited, the overall dining experience at Katsuya remains outstanding, making it a must-visit for fans of Japanese cuisine. A bit on the expensive side at 250-350 AED per person

Nice Japanese cuisine, overlooking the Business bay with the canal.
Food is good (liked the most the corn suchi & wagyu beef) But is expensive compared to the quality in my opinion. You shouldn't miss the dragon egg as a desert.
They didn't have Japanese cake.
Tempura was very poor and didn't like the taste at all.
Menu didn't have prices which is also something I didn't like!
Service crew is excellent as well as the location/view. The restaurant is on the 4th floor of Hyde hotel. Vipes are great, we paid on avg prices per person is 300 aed

The food was superb especially the “black Cod” and the ambiance was Japanese chic with a beautiful Burj Khalifa view. Very romantic place.
My friends and I had Saturday brunch here. Lovely atmosphere with Japanese decoration. Super friendly staff Ali. Food was good but not many options for buffet. Wine package was worth it with options: gold flakes sake, cocktails, wine, beers.
Absolutely amazing place serves authentic Japanese cuisine. I feel myself like in Tokyo that I miss so much. Thank you Katsuya for giving me such warm feelings. The food was very mouthwatering. Their cappuccino dessert is a must to try.
