The House Restaurant

This is definitely my favorite restaurant in Qatar !! The food was so delicious and generous as well. The view was absolutely amazing and the staff were so kind. I totally recommend it

I am not sure why lots of people are writing positive reviews about this place. Maybe they didn’t pay attention to the details. But this place is lacking in quality and customer service. My husband and I went for a lunch-date and yes the outdoor space looks cozy but we sat inside as it was cold. However, the host only welcomes you if you are wearing abaya and thob, she couldn’t care less about the rest. The staff is just walking around not paying attention to their customers. Our food was really bad, we ordered a salad and got one with ingredients missing or added ingredients that weren’t mentioned on the menu - when addressing this the host was like “oh this is an old picture” “what is missing” and left.. came after 15 min to tell us she told the kitchen staff “Okay???” We told her you can’t just add ingredients not mentioned what if I am allergic and besides I am not eating this. She was clueless- they let our empty plates on the table until we had enough of looking at them and asked them to clean the table. We regret using our time there and that will be the last time visiting for sure.

Beautiful view, excellent decor except for the weird Chucky dolls, and great food and drink. I highly recommend this venue for a bookclub or special get together.

The interiors here are lovely, wether it’s the indoor or the outdoor seating area
When it comes to the food, we liked their House signature pizza, 8/10
Mexican Dumpling 9/10
Brisket sandwich 4/10, I wont recommend that dish as the meat taste was not good
The iced passion fruit 7/10 very sugary but taste nice
Coffee 9/10

Service is so slow, the don’t know how to communicate, food delivery takes an hour, no one cares about people, arguing with each other.
I don’t recommend at all, unless you come here full just for enjoying the view.

Beautiful restaurant with cozy and ambient atmosphere and breathtaking view. Food was okay. Staff were great. Service is a bit slow it took around 30 mins for our food to arrive.

Such a cozy spot for the winter season. Offers a rustic and familiar ambience that truly feels like home.

The coffee and matcha weren't great, in fact tasteless. They made up for it with the food. Goodness gracious it was delicious!

The pulled brisket sandwich with gruyere cheese was mouthwatering. We also had appetizers. The falafels, and warag 3aneb were satisfying.

We ordered French toast and Arabic coffee for dessert, it took over 30 minutes, and we ended up not wanting the coffee at all. However, they were kind enough to still offer the French Toast on the house! Oh my God the French toast felt like a hug. You have to order it if you got a sweet tooth.

Definitely coming back again.
