These people are not only lawless but abusive. They violated my rights when I tried to rent, and implied that I was responsible for their disregard not only of my privacy but for their flagrant and willful lack of transparency, as well as being late and hypocritically asking if an hour later would be better for me, when they were already late, as though we were still at the stage of planning the appointment. I received no sincere apology for their mistreatment and got intimidated by someone named Kimberley, who showed absolutely no 'human' traits or character and played dumb, and acted victimized, the whole time. I guess that strategy can't work with everyone. These people are there for the money, and couldn't care less about people. They are so entitled, she looked straight at me and asked my age as though I had lied about something, when I sent them a large headshot I took the night before, precisely to be transparent and forthcoming. I don't think this person is very educated or even aware of the legalities of renting, to anyone. I work with young people every day, and I know now, they are not all like this.
