Hilton Vacation Club Cancun Resort Las Vegas

Wife and I had a nice time at this resort, the pool was AMAZING and the location of the resort was perfect. Service was really good but DO NOT order room service, I ordered something with chips in it and when I got my order my chips were soggy and the egg look horrible. Overall this is a really good spot if looking to have a vacation in Vegas.

Excellent resort for families The kitchenette is well equipped and has a large refrigerator. If additional information or things are needed, the staff responds quickly. We were able to access our room before the check-in time and it was so wonderful because the kids were able to enjoy the large and beautiful pool right away. There are lifeguards assigned to every section of the pool. There are also toboggans and jacuzzis and many more fun things to do. They allowed us to stay in the pool after check-out. Excellent location, close to food places, grocery stores, gas, and you can go straight to Las Vegas strip. It takes about 10 minutes in car; the hotel is on the same street. It was absolutely wonderful!!

We went for a week and were told housekeeping was every 3 days. We got not housekeeping whatsoever. We had to ask someone to come in, then they didn't show up. Its a nice resort. Definitely needs better service. The bar/restaurant staff was great.

We needed the space for our family and it was nice to be able to spread out in a 2 bedroom. Very old rooms- no fancy amenities but it worked. Very large bathtubs!! Pool area and slides were fun. Location off the strip was nice to escape the crowds.

Dirty and dated is how i would describe this place. Although hospitality is good, it doesn’t make up for the lack of cleanliness.
Bathrooms are abnormally long with bathtub walls that rise well above your knees. It’s like a small swimming pool in your bathroom - but not in a good way. Like some of the comments state, the bathroom was dirty.
We spilled water on the carpet floor and used a towel to clean it up. The towel came up black.
There was a huge gap under the front door leading to the hallway. We could hear everyone walking and talking.
The place was so bad we checked out early to stay at a different location.

Resort is in process of updating the whole property there were times that things didn't work example the waterfall at the pool worked one day out of the week. Rooms need updating but were clean and comfortable. Only one elevator worked so lots of waiting. All of this will be addressed in time. Everyone was great there very accommodating and personable. Would stay there again.

We chose this hotel because we have kids who love to swim. And the pools here were amazing my kids loved them. If I were to rate the pools alone I would give a differentiating . And the only reason we stayed was for the pools .
On the other hand the rooms and service are not good at all . The rooms are very dirty. The carpet is outrageous. My six month old loves to crawl and his feet and knees and hands were completely black after 5 min of crawling every time . The bathroom has mold
There was no shampoo and conditioner in the master bedroom
We scheduled a cleaning in between our stay as we stayed for 5 days , the cleaning lady took out the towels , I had to ask her to change our sheets , I was left with no garbage bags in the bathroom, the vacuum was not done bathrooms were not cleaned
If removing towels, and putting new ones is considered cleaning there is definitely something not right
In addition I couldn’t order room service as the restaurant associated to the hotel does not deliver to rooms , and was only open from 9-5 at the pool area

The Hilton is overrated in my opinion
