This place has a really cool look and good menu. Service the night I was there was really slow. And there were only a handful of people in the restaurant. After finally being served, the food was good, but not hot as ramen should be served, as if it sat for some time. Flavor was ok, but nothing special.

Everything about the place was very amusing and the customer service was also great the waiter was very sweet. The food was over all good and I will be going there again. All though it’s a tricky find it’s definitely worth the trouble of finding it.

Always great food, the brussels sprouts are the best! Our server was nice and played fun music. Enjoyed my drink and the yasai gyoza! The spicy noods are good too. Plenty of clearly marked vegetarian options.

We had an “ok” experience. We spent about 10 minutes trying to find the location, turns out it’s down an alley way. Our server was not very attentive. We were sat, then 5 minutes later, a table sat next to us. Their drinks and apps were out before our server brought us water. Our glasses were absolutely filthy, and we had to wipe them off ourselves. Our appetizer took 32 minutes to come out, and they weren’t very busy. We received our ramen just 2 bites into our app. When it was time for us to leave, we had to stand up to get our servers attention. The food was pretty good, but the service was sub par

I ordered the tonkotsu ramen, but it was difficult to eat because it had too much pickled ginger for my taste and really overpowered all the ramen. I usually get a little more chashu when I get tonkotsu, but it was tender and good. The service was excellent and our waiter kept making sure we were taken care of.

Kimchi tempura: 1/5
In fact not a tempura at all as there was no tempura coating. It is simply kimchi fried in oil. The frying was very uneven. Some pieces crispy, others wet and soggy. The dish was very salty and very greasy.

Tonkotsu ramen: 3/5
The broth was bland. The chashu was dry and chewy. Too much red ginger it covers up other taste.

Fuego ramen: 1/5
The chicken was dry. There was no avocado. The broth was extremely spicy, can only taste the spiciness. Not sure why the noodle is a different kind from that in the tonkotsu ramen. The flavor reminds me very much of a certain Korean spicy chicken instant noodle brand.

I also did not appreciate the suggested tipping amount which started at 20% then 25% and 30%.

Overall I was disappointed and i hope they can improve in the future.
