The medical assistant did not want to take the time to list all my medications due to she just didn't have time.

I saw a different Dr. at the the J St clinic. I usually see a
dr. out of the Alhambra office. I think this is the appointment I had to agree because it was either here or wait another 2 months. The appt. person was saying that they would not be making any new appointments at. I'm thinking "How is it possible?" If you are so backed up so badly you cant treat the patients you have, stop taking on new ones! I'm seriously wanting to move my medical care somewhere else. I have Hypothyroidism, Diabetes type2, I also have Spinal Stenosis all of these require medication management. thats just part of them. I had to go two months till I got my meds back.

Shockingly bad service.
The nurse or whoever calls to check in for appointments has no medical knowledge to even pronounce the name of the medications correctly. On top of that, they get defensive when you call them out for not having any idea of what’s going on. Dr. Janet Aller took no accountability for their own mistakes and would rather talk over the patient to finish the call. Don’t waste your time.

If I could give a -1 star I would. This place is the definition of hell. You can not speak with ANYONE at the office, it’s all a call center and they literally have no clue what’s going on. They are super short staffed which obviously shows internal issues. My family member who goes her, does not see a dr but a nurse practitioner. Her disability has been denied due to medical side not supplying info. 11/10 would not recommend. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

You can never get an in person appointment and when you finally can get one it’s 2-3 months out. Then they cancel it once it’s within a weeks time, so you have to reschedule for another appointment for ANOTHER 2 months out. Just ridiculous and completely unprofessional.

This gets a 1only because I can’t do 0 do not come here. Dr aller has gaslighted me and refused to give me proper treatment for illnesses which have only gotten worse in her care. I have been yelled at multiple times on the phone tree just trying to get my referral. Which still has not resolved itself since DECEMBER. I have been forced to go to the hospital multiple times because they simply refuse to help or listen

Allows insurance companies to set appointments for patients without patient consent and without properly verifying prior to the appointment got a text at 1:30 pm about a 3pm appointment today I never made. I'm not a minor so I dunno why this would be allowed but it's absolutely insane this office went along with it. I'm not going back because this isn't the first horrible experience and I'm not going to give any more chances. Aetna and wellspace had no right to do anything without my permission. Do better

I’m not sure what is going on within this office but it is extremely unprofessional! I called on a Monday and I gave the receptionist all of my information, including insurance information. She placed me on hold for 10 minutes. When she picked up she answered as if I was a new caller. I said, “I’ve been on hold because you said you were checking my insurance”. She said, “oh yeah, well our insurance system is down, can I call you back?” I replied, “sure” and asked if she would be calling back same day, she said she would try. I never received a call. On Tuesday, I called first thing in the morning, hoping to get through. Someone picked up and then looped me back into the call queue without any greeting. I went through the prompts again, the person who picked up sounded like the same girl from Monday. I didn’t mention the previous call but I let her know I wanted to make an appointment and she (again) took all of my information, including insurance. She placed me on hold to look up my insurance, then 5 minutes in, disconnected the call. I tried calling back and now no one is picking up. This doctor’s office is a part of my medical group. I have never been in office here before, but I am making a formal complaint with my medical group. I understand systems going down, but common courtesy and communication would go a lot further than the hanging up and looping back into queue. I would absolutely NOT recommend this office.
