Great course.
Played there with my late friend.
Still love biking there! No more frisbee without him!

Overall excellent course, long and variable fairways, some intermittent trees but plenty of opportunity for long lines to baskets. Two tees per hole and two dedicated baskets give several play options as well. Main down side is lots of walking between some baskets so a round will take a while.

Nice variety of holes, wide open to narrow wooded to open with tree challenges. Out of bounds are very overgrown, keep the disc in the fairway! Great course to get your steps in, well spread out.

Terrible course. Holes are poorly marked, large amount of overgrowth means you will lose a frisbee if you go out of bounds. Layout is very poor, leading to lots of distance between holes. Weird mix of very easy holes (essentially an open field) and super difficult holes with no margin of error. Would not play again ever.

This course has spoiled me. Fun and interesting holes, with some wide open areas to play, picnic, and chill. Wonderful course overall, I expected other ones in the area were similar, but I was sorely mistaken. This is the best in the area imho. The holes don't overlap much, and although it can be busy from time to time the players are often very kind. League play seems to happen here as well, though I don't know anything about that yet (having just started)

Was too tough as a beginner 18 months ago but with more experience I enjoy the challenges this course offers now. Some of the signing between holes is not great but they have been working on that. A lot of the really unforgiving thorns and brambles have been removed too. Not a place for a quick round, but if you want to get your steps in then this is the best local place to do that

Just an FYI. This is also called the Giles Run course.

I’m not sure if I spent more time looking for the course, the holes, or my disc. Apple Maps cannot find this place. I recommend using the Lorton Hill Apartment address and finding the closest road to the park. The holes are not well labeled and there are 2 holes for each course, white and red. So that creates confusion.

Ultimately, my 4 stars has to do with disc golf. A great challenging course that comes with a great hike. Grab a friend and give it a shot.
