Orient Restaurant Der Express

Very expensive and the food doesn’t taste anything like our genuine Arabic cuisine extremely disappointing

This restaurant has a fun interior where you feel like you are riding the Orient-express, and the backyard is so lovely to sit in when the weather is right. The food is fantastic!

I liked the food in general. A little bit overpriced.
The place is really beautiful.

great restaurant, it has a feeling like your in the movie "death on the orient express". the vibe is cool with some warm lamps. highly recommended

Nice place and good food. For me it was frustraiting to see only those few plain options on the menu, considering that lebanese cuisine is one of the richest in the world.

In one hand the service is really slow, extremelly I would say, it took us 3h to finish our dinner... Something that normally takes one and a half. On the other hand , the food is amazing!!!! So... Make sure you don't make plans afterwards. But yeah, food is really nice!

Most horrible experoence:
1) Took close to 2 hours to get dinner served - although the place was not full

2) ordered Beef Shawarma dinner, got Chicken Tawook ?? Since took 2 hrs decided not to return

3) Food quality and taste was bland at best- being Lebanese myself - and have eaton lebanese around the world- this food was tje worst and lacking all special taste and specialty

Horrible experience
