Empty seats but still made us wait and queue outside. Place too packed and over hyped. Over priced for what it is - carbs

The restaurant opens at 6pm. We reached at 5.57pm and was 6th in the queue to be seated. The place was full at 7.07pm and they started asking people to queue outside. The food was... meh to me. Extremely overrated by people who are a bit too enthusiastic and possibly less discerning? Minchi was just rice with minced beef and egg and fries cut into small bits - worth 108 MOP? Road side stalls would do it better with actual wok hei, for less than half the price. The African chicken - eat for the sake of eating, not for enjoyment. The food cod fish ball - is a game of searching for cod fish in potato.

Five star experience almost across the board. I grew up in the diverse 80s 90s Brampton which had a large Portuguese population, so I've tried a lot of different Portuguese restaurants. None to my knowledge has touched what I had here.
Starter cream of mushroom soup with crab. Absolutely smooth and delicious.
Baked Portuguese chicken with rice and potatoes, olives and veggies. Stunningly delicious I couldn't stop eating it.
Finally ended up with a Portuguese style baked fish. We couldn't finish it. But we definitely tried. Tasted great. Will definitely go back next time I am in Macau. If you reserve your spot you'll be fine but it seems like it's a popular restaurant otherwise.

Good restaurant to eat Macanese cuisine. The atmosphere is cosy and authentic. I had Shrimp & Crabmeat curry and my boyfriend took the Macanese Saffron Pork. The portions were generous and the food was very tasty. Good service and friendly staff. It's a bit more expensive restaurant but it's worth it.

The food a bit salty a for me but overall taste good, service crew are friendly and helpful, if you didn’t reserve a table for meal, better walk in earlier to get your seat

Good food, bad service
The waiter/waitress will evitably avoid your eyes when u call them
African chicken is good. Seafood pasta not the best. Suggest u go for the tomato pasta
+ Strongly suggest to make reservations on weekends, else you’ll wait for an hour
