Good food, good price with a big portion of food. If you are looking for French cuisine in Hua Hin, I would recommend this one.
Le Bistrot de Paris is the perfect place in Hua Hin for enjoying a dinner "à la française". Every dish is delicious with unbeatable value for money.
Also, we have been very warmly welcome by the owner of the restaurant, who seems to give a real attention to all of his customers. His staff was also very welcoming and responsive to our request.
As a French citizen myself, I highly recommended this restaurant for anyone looking for a very please French cooking experience. Merci beaucoup et à bientôt !

Unfortunately, the wife of the French restaurant's owner, who also serves as the manager, does not exhibit a friendly demeanor or provide the level of customer care one would expect.
Throughout our visit, we observed her frequently scolding the staff during operational hours and resorting to threats when they made mistakes. It's evident that her approach to managing employees is lacking, and the absence of proper training appears to be a significant contributor to the ongoing issues.
The consequences of her unfavorable attitude are particularly noticeable in the staff's high turnover rate, which perpetuates the problem, as new recruits are not adequately trained.
During our dining experience, we found ourselves unintentionally caught in the midst of her reprimands of the employees, creating a sense of discomfort.
Additionally, when we attempted to make specific requests, such as customizing our orders or splitting a salad, the untrained staff would consult the manager, and our requests were consistently denied.
Despite these instances of poor service, we chose to focus on enjoying our meal.
However, our patience was tested when we requested the bill from an inattentive employee, only to have the irate manager unprofessionally intercede, dismissively stating, "We know," accompanied by an unfriendly glare. This display of unprofessionalism was quite unsettling.
While the quality of the food was acceptable, our overall experience was marred by the owner's wife and her evident disregard for providing a high standard of customer service. Consequently, it is unlikely that we will return to this establishment.

We’ve been here many times for dinner and we are always so happy with everything! Tonight it was a table for 6. Loved it all!! The set menu is really good value at 620 baht for 3 courses or you can order off the general menu! They also allow our small dog inside. Absolutely perfect!!
