The correct address is listed as
"Food Stamps Office" 😑 how professional of them. Such a joke. Also Google states offices were open till 5pm when in fact they were CLOSED bc of election day. Fair enough but at least make sure people are aware before they follow the listing to the WRONG address via Google, zero street parking available, ended up paying $10 for parking just to find out I'm in the wrong spot and the offices are closed anyway.

Its shame that this is a government place to serve the public there is no use you have workers there seem not to be trained not even professional no manners very rude no help they just stand there n say follow machine have they wonder people who are going there is for help that may be handicap cant read etc I'm talking for public because my experience was never good

It's been a very different process. My case was closed I did everything asked of me they said my recertification wasn't sent and it was in a timely manner. (I have proof) When you try to call all the numbers listed on your documents you can't reach anyone. My case closed I panicked unsure if my card would be declined called 12 times at that point I had to buy something from another store so I wouldn't be embarrassed grocery shopping. Very nerve wrecking experience. With covid you have no other option but to go to the office which is unfair for those of us who follow what is asked of us. You can't even call to see what location you should go to because no one picks up the phone. You have no way of emailing anyone either. I sincerely hope they fix this!
