Zunfthaus zur Haue

We really enjoyed the overall experience. Unfortunately the food wasn't perfect. My fish was a too dry and didn't have the champagne sauce on it. The risotto on the other hand was amazing. Also they tried to make their own sparkling water and it wasn't sparkly at all... The waitress was super friendly and she tried to make our evening as pleasant as possbile. We really loved the ambiente though but if I would have to suggest this place for typical swiss food, I rather wouldn't.

Food was correct and tasty but nothing more. To expensive for what it is. Nice ambiente, great service but really miss atmosphere and wow moment.

Very good food, nice staff, and a pleasant atmosphere. Looks cozy with the wood paneling all around. It is a little expensive though.

Went to a place that had very good reviews. Orders a nice Steak dinner and another house fish with meat sauce. Asked to have the steak well dine and it came out blood red in middle. Sent it back and asked to have it split open and cooked thoroughly through.
Blood no our way. Came out again now only med well at best. Asked if they could offer a suggestion to get a meal my wife could eat, nothing offered. They did apologize for not cooking as asked but did not offer to redo it or adjust the price. Terrible customer skills . I usually just stuff these bad experiences aside but their indifference is the issue. Would not recommend at all.

Lunch! 25 min. waiting for any attention! Than we've got the Menu card! 40 min. waiting for two Tartar and Zürigescgnezeltes.... Tartar was like a spiced powder...., and Zürigesc.... looked like nugets, overdone. This Restaurant was better before! What's wrong? Happily they still have good Zunft wine.

A very nice dinner with my CH team !
Great service and a nice choice of food. All really local and very tasty. We enjoyed a nice CH wine and some nice digestive.
