Peaceful place for a walk

Mount Vernon park has some good trails for mountain biking and hiking. The "Zone" trail in the south of the park has some great little jumps and cool "skinnies" which are narrow lifted bridges that you ride on top of and try to not fall off. The Upper Loop trail and South Loop trail are fun and there are lots of access trails from the local community. Only reason for 3 stars is that there really is not a lot of riding mileage but still fun.

Great jump trail with table top jumps perfect for practicing. Couple short but fun trails to keep everyone satisfied. Will return soon.
