Bluemont Junction Park

This a cool spot to jump off your bike or to take a pause from walking the W&OD trail. Water station is also here. Nice little park

If your lucky, the caboose will be open for tours, although in most days kids enjoy climbing around the outside. Nice shaded picnic tables as well.

Safety concerns of stalking, gang, etc
Seems monitored but fickle so wondering what's up with that. Park hours are Sun 🌞 Rise +/- commuters to Sun 🌞 Set +/- for commuters. Bathrooms locked at dark. Not sure on vending machines. Guests sometimes snooty and attempts at exclusivity and controlling, sometimes very nice, sometimes gang thugs. That's Arlington, i guess...

Is very beautiful and relaxing.
