Not good in service and not clean the tables for 30 mins
Just today I received very bad experience from swiggy and burgerking i ordered some item from swiggy but I received only two items 2 items are missing I checked with swiggy delivery boy he called the customer care no...swiggy customer care department said the items are out of stock in the outlet so we don't replace the items...my question is simple if items is not available in outlet why they showing in application at the end I returned the order and my refund will credited in account after 7 days...
friends to eat..but then a lady staff comes there and says do not sit here...if you want to sit then order quickly...or else get out of here. My question to Burger King is when did you start talking to your customers? The lack of staff was observed. Apart from that everything was ok. The AC was also not working. When I complained they said it is under maintenance.
It's hard to grab attention from the staff when you want to call them to your place, either to tell them that the table is not clean or for some AC working issues.

I went to this burger outlet where the AC was low after ordering i waited on a table and saw that the table was not clean quite while I received my order I sat on the table and no one cared to clean it this was still okay but the fries and burger were also not hot except for that there were flies but no disinfected the earlier there were deadly flies and musquitoes that were hovering around the food black and red types so food was not so it did not even taste proper

Service is slow and poor. I did not get a bill despite asking. And then he gave me only one softie and I had to remind him that there were two orders for softie and that this is why bills are important. The card reader was also not working and I had to pay in cash
