My parents and I went here for dinner, we sat outside and the have a heater blowing hot air at our backs. We asked the hostess to change seats she ignored us.there were people complain there were hot and cold through out the whole dinner and the vibes were just awful. They had random guys coming in and out of the plastic tarp next to our table. They asked if we had a reservation which we didn’t and understand that but even without one we should still be able to comfortably and enjoy our dinner.
Bamboo is always a good choice. The sushi is pretty traditional, unlike a few local places trying to burn sushi with a plumbers torch, but always good. The dumplings, especially the soup dumplings, are delicious. The miso Black Cod (sablefish) is a great new addition to the menu!
The owners are accommodating & friendly. Craig, one of the servers is relaxed and inviting.

My family and I make this our weekly dinner spot. The food offerings and staff are great. The owner is an absolute delight and lets you know that you're appreciated. They also have a phenomenal happy hour menu.
An all around disappointment. I reserved a large table (12) and we were seated with 4 tables near each other in their outside room. It was freezing cold and they gave us one space heater. The waitress was nowhere to be found most of the meal. Took forever to get water, drinks, and food. The food and drinks were not good either, once they got to the table, if they even did. Several orders were never even brought out. They were extremely busy, but I dont think that warrants how bad it was. Also, got a mandatory 20% gratuity (which I did know ahead of time) for 10% gratuity service
Returning customers here! Came out for dinner last night with a group of 6. The service was 10/10, food came out quick and we had a very large order. Great drinks and everyone was so attentive. Thanks for an awesome night out!
Me and my families celebrate birthday here. The rolls are all good! I have the Out of Control roll is the best. Better than my expectation ❤️
The $7 before 7 is one of the best happy hours I have ever been to and definitely THE best in the Hamptons. Drinks were good & strong. Food was delicious. Service was good. I went two days in a row when I discovered it. Parking is plentiful. The outdoor dining is dog friendly. Great vibes & ambiance.
