I was so in the mood for good rotisserie chicken. Came here for the first time and I will be back! The chicken was moist, full of flavor without being salty. Which I appreciated because I watch the salt. The only reason I didn’t do 5 stars all around is because I was dying for sweet plantains which they didn’t have on Tuesday. There are different menus throughout the week. It smelled wonderful in there. I will be back to try other dishes. 👍👍👍
Great food. They serve a huge amount of food
If you’re looking for perfectly seasoned rotisserie chicken that isn’t dry, you found out. You won’t be disappointed. Place can use an upgrade but I rather the food be good. I also usually take it to go.
The women that took my order she was so rude showed like she didn’t even care what I wanted when I asked questions about the food and prices.When I finally got the food The masita de cerdo was dry as you know what and the rice was stale. Never 👎 again going to order from here again. Only Spanish speaking people she was interested in 🤦♀️.
The place is small, but the food is absolutely amazing here. You can smell the food from blocks. They are mostly known for their rotisserie chicken, but if you haven't tried their other food, you must try it. They are definitely the most underrated spot in sunset . They food speaks volumes and definitely give them a try.
The lady at the counter needs a Cust services training. Horrible actitud, I know Suriel family (the owners) and I ask for them and she told me I don’t know the owners I know the work, so rude. Also my order was to go, and went we open the yellow rice was smoked rice terrible. I ask for my receipt and never get it. Chicken was good, but not better that the la parada in 31st and service too. Decide not to go there not more and if the family ask me I’m going to tell them my horrible experience.
The food is amazing, no one can argue that. The service is not. The lady at the front had a nasty attitude. We ordered for pickup & she told me 20m. It’s Mother’s Day, there traffic. We got there 8m late. They had given our food to someone else & we had to wait. Never have I experienced this before. Will never go here again.
