Chipotle Mexican Grill

Horrible, don’t go if your good staff isn’t there. Location has been going downhill like crazy. It’s wild how much they don’t care about their customers. It’s almost a hassle for them if you do go in there. I love chipotle and have for years… this one location killed it…

Went to get food after work, got a burrito bowl and as I was looking I noticed two spots of mold over the cheese that was displayed. I told the lady but she did not understand very well what I was saying to her and accidentally almost gave me the moldy cheese. At the very end I spoke to a man and asked him if he could bring out a new cheese as I told him it was moldy or just throw it out in general as it’s a health hazard . SO instead of the guy removing the cheese from the display and throwing it out, he leaves it there and goes to the exposed kitchen area and gets me a cheese from the fridge. Leaving the moldy cheese on the display. I have given up with chipotle at this point. It’s disgusting.

I came to pick up my mobile order through the drive thru. When I came up to the window, the woman at drive thru asked what soda I wanted and then proceeded to tell me in ghetto way that she didn’t have all day. What are you getting paid for then? She then said to stop dreaming and to get my head out of the clouds. Who is she to tell me that? You work at chipotle sweetheart ain’t nothing there to dream about. Super unprofessional and disrespectful having someone talk to you like that.

The guy behind the counter was nice. My friends ate however I did not. I got a soda because it was hot outside. There was no ice. All the sodas were warm and flat. I tried 3. 3.00 for a soda! For nasty warm flat tasteless soda. My friends said their food tasted fine. Except for their chicken was doused in salt. All the tables were dirty. Every single table had food and or trash on it….. do better chipotle.

This was the first time I've been to any Chipolte restaurant. I had a bowl, and it was pretty good. The staff was friendly and was patient with me since I took some extra time because I wasn't sure how it worked. They had good handicapped parking and plenty of room to navigate inside the restaurant.

Visited at 7pm on Saturday night, only 3 customers in the place but staff standing around doing nothing while every single table in the restaurant was dirty & bins overflowing with rubbish. Used to love Chipotle but gone downhill rapidly. Disgusting.

It is 9pm. They close at 11pm. There are no meats available.. u can see the cook and the food but no one is communicating to cut it and serve it to the customers. I ask for chips and queso. At the register she puts queso in my bag. No chips I ask a different employee… he says there are no chips. Where is the customer service .. communication is a great and missed quality in customer service.

One of the better Chipotle. Our food preparer gave us generous portions and was very friendly. Definitely an asset to this location. Seems like a good crew working the evening we stopped in to get food to go.
