Chipotle Mexican Grill

Since 2016 when Steve Ells sold it to Smell Bell quality steadily has declined. I remember when a bowl was 4$ less than it is now, plus guac and everything else, and the ingredients aren’t as high quality anymore, i don’t even know if they still use mostly organic ingredients like before.
Used to love to eat and work for Chipotle but now every time i go it’s like 🤷🏻‍♀️ sub

This is the 3rd time I’ve eaten at this location and each time the rice is uncooked and hard. It makes the entire bowl unedible. I love chipotle and eat it pretty consistently, but I definitely won’t be coming back to this location. The staff is nice and the service is good but the food is just not prepared well.

Probably the worse chipotle bowl I’ve ever had so far. The lettuce was frozen, the rice was mushy, the peppers and onion were raw. Beans and chicken were cold. Overall everything was flavorless.

If you SUPER hungry and don’t care about what you get when u order something total different then come here!!! Because let me tell u i order A Steak quesadilla wit chips and queso they gave me a someone else’s order inside the bag this is ridiculous unbelievable they need to fire everyone thts working there and have a brand new staff this isn’t the first time the messed my order up they constantly do it and I’ve complained and nothings happeneing!!! They SUCK BALLS if i can Put -5 stars i would do it definitely!!!!!

It had been a while since eating at Chipotle, and I really wanted a great burrito. Unfortunately, it was a bit messy and made me weary of ordering. The staff could have treated customers with more dignity. After eating I felt terrible and was reminded why it's been so long since eating anything from Chipotle. Poor food quality and poor service squashed what I hoped would be a great meal.

I love going to Chipotle and today i was in the mood for it . So i went for lunch around 2:30 pm Marlton Pike Cherry Hill Location on July 5th. I got a Bowl with Chicken in it . Got home and was enjoying my bowl untill i almost choked on a bone that was in my chicken. I tried calling knowone there to pick up phone i guess . I would love to talk to someone about this . I just want to know for the first time why there was a bone. If you see in my picture that bone is sharp yeah i am alive. Smh i want answers!!!

My favorite Chipotle spot to go to in the area. 4/5 because every couple times I go I get not so good service (poor attitude) coupled with extremely small portions. However, that being said, when it’s good, it’s good!
