This is one of those places you love and don't want to talk about because you don't want to make them so busy that they are then sold out of all your favourite things. Their chicken liver mouse is outta this world, no other compares.
Amazing selection of pork products, they have things that are impossible to find anywhere else,... reasonable prices and great service. Their bbq pork on saturdays is also FANTASTIC. Literally can't think of anything that would make this place better... maybe Cheese parings? Oh wait, that's literally right next door.

INCREDIBLE curing, delicious flavours! Great customer service. First time buyer but will return often. The Regular pepperoni is good but the DRY PEPP gets 5 stars, perfectly dry & spicy.
