Love it when only one till is open with a decent line up and a bunch of staff standing around talking conspiracy theory’s while their one co worker is doing all the work trying to get all the customers through lol. Good job.

Love this place. The location is so peaceful. And I was able to buy a whole salmon for only 14 dollars! The store is also near a bus stop so it's very accessible.

i actually enjoy shopping here often, but the employees overall don’t have good customer service skills. today, a deli employee scoffed at me for asking for a dipping sauce from behind the counter. i often find them chatting at the tills instead of engaging with the customer. good store, not good customer service.

My most recent experience at this specific Fairway Market™ was nothing short of remarkable. When I entered the store I was greeted by a pleasant earthy scent that brought me right back to childhood where I would often visit my Grandfather’s farm in Northern Ireland. The atmosphere in the store was very comfortable, bordering on felicitous. I was shopping for some assorted vegetables as I was planning on cooking ratatouille for supper that evening. Luckily for me the employees were ready to assist me, and they helped me find exactly what I was looking for. When I was ready to check out I found an open register and was greeted by a scruffy looking young man who helped me purchase my produce. He seemed very friendly and we made light conversation as he rang up my items. When he was finished he thanked me for shopping at Fairway Market™ and wished me a good rest of my day. Overall my experience at Fairway Market™ was the best that it’s ever been, and I will be sure to shop at Fairway Market™ again. 👨🏻‍🦰

We shop here regularly. Our experience over the last 7 years has been excellent. However, our recent experience with the new young staff over the past month has been poor and unsatisfactory, hence the two star rating above. They seem disengaged (caught up with chatting among themselves, unhelpful, distracted and inaccurate). We hope they are only temporary Christmas season employees. We wonder if they received customer service training.

Bad experience - purchased Olivieri Fresh Ricotta and Spinach pasta that turned out to be moldy. Contacted management and they were indifferent. To their credit a refund was offered, but not obvious they would check the test of the stock. Not the first bad experience with this store. Check products carefully before purchase.

Starting to find its groove again after covid, shortages aren't as common. Produce is still poor quality at times, meat is quite good, deli tries to provide bare basics. Day shift staff are just great people, youngsters in the evening leave you in no doubt they would rather be elsewhere. More like a good neighbourhood grocery of yester-year.
