Shawarma Palace

I got really bad food poisoning from this location. I love Shawarma palace downtown and the one in South Keys, this one tho must be a badly maintained franchised version or something, I'm on my 3rd day, I still have massive stomach pain and all the rest from both ends. Avoid at all costs.

This is the second time we’re ordered from uber eats from this location and we have received wrong or missing items. I would recommend just driving to a different restaurant rather than ordering since it’s not worth it at this point. the food is okay but the portions are pretty small for the price.

5 stars for the rest . I tried this branch of shawarma palace once for the first time the sandwich was so good and my coworkers said the same but why 2 stars because of the staff who served and it was not the first time i seen him , im used to visit the hunt club and bank street location and my bad luck I've seen him there couple times same frown face asking with rudeness and if you try to ask him for specific item on sandwich that's your finish

Ordered on delivery. The bank street shawarma palace is amazing, 5/5. But this location is much much different. The chicken is very dry and some pieces are rock hard. While the some pieces are chewy and not good. Potatoes and rice are decent but the chicken is just very very bad. I highly recommend you drive the extra time and get the one on bank street or order from there instead

Food use to be good here. I order a beef plate. And the beef had a rotten smell. It was really terrible. It wasn't just 1 plate , it was also the other 2 I ordered. I am not the one that usually complains but it was terrible and ended up spending 80$.

There are other good places I would recommend in the area.

This is the worst shawarma palace location ever. The hummus is old and sour, the portions are small, the potatoes and garlic sauce taste old and so does the salad. It’s disgusting and will never eat there again. Stick to the other locations! You won’t be disappointed .. however with this location, you will.

They don't dry their trays. All of them were wet and not clean as they were just washed by only water.
Order chicken's wings came too dry. I assumed they cooked them multiple time. They didn't cook fresh wings.
Order falafel that tastes stale and very dark inside. Test of hummus is not fresh made . I can taste the rotten as they mix fresh with rotten hummus and add spices that they think could cover the taste. Pickles are so soft, not crunchy.
At the end of the day, we all had diarrhea after with stomach ach. Thankfully, we became good the next day
