Some of the best garlic Naan I have ever had! Excellent service, comfortable and clean, very reasonable prices. We will definitely be going back!

Best indian foods in the area. The boss is very friendly. Only downside is that you can’t be on an hurry if you dine in. Highly recommend the place. Naan bread is insanely good.

The food is delicious and filling and despite what appears to be small portions, they're the perfect size. I recommend getting several and sharing. The garlic naan is always delightful

I'm thrilled to have discovered the best Indian restaurant in Ottawa!
We had an exceptional dining experience at this restaurant! The Mango Lassi was refreshingly delicious, and the Lamb Masala was bursting with flavor. The Daal Tarka was comforting, and the Chicken Tandoori was perfectly cooked and flavorful. Chef Sanjay's expertise truly shines through in every dish, making it a must-visit spot. The food quality and presentation were on par with a 5-star hotel. I can't wait to return for another delightful meal! This restaurant is a true gem and a must-visit for anyone seeking an unforgettable Indian dining experience.

I am sad to write this review. I wanted to like this place because the staff seemed very nice.
I know Indian food is expensive but it was 28$ for naan bread and the small container pictured here.
I was told the butter chicken was sweet upon picking up my order, that’s fine, I have had mild to non spicy butter chicken before. But what I got was not what I expected… they used carrots to sweeten the sauce. All I could taste was carrots. I know this is not how traditional butter chicken is made… the reason why this review is getting 2 stars is for the naan bread. It was good, but bread is hard to mess up… It is unfortunate that I have to write this review because as I said I really wanted to like this place. But for the portions and quality received I will not be returning. If you’re looking for a close alternative I would recommend Mahal Tanjore on 3rd avenue.

My favourite Indian eat-in restaurant in Ottawa. The service is always friendly and they food is delicious. The waiter offered us some great advice in what to order. We ordered 4 mains, 1 rice and 1 naan between 3 people and were stuffed and had enough leftover for a lunch each. Highly recommend the dine-in or take out.

I drove by and noticed their sign say 11.00 special for the buffet and we called just to ask for the hours and asked a few other questions concerning the price for child. (first off said, full price) & had to go back to ask boss and came to change their mind to-free. Which was great because no child that barley eats should have to pay full especially if you know how child are they eat rice only and fruit I under stand half price that's reasonable. Secondly, he said 19.99 for regular buffet to us over phone & we decided because we had just drive by it to go walk in and see food. I was quick to recognize that they had turned the 11.00 to 19.99 because the original marker they used was black and all they did was add lines to make it 19.99 in the color blue. I was like this place is not serious && they had like 8 options or less to choose from. That's being generous. But, I would've stayed if they didn't pull that awful move on us-like no way it was not worth 19.99. Reconsider by putting your buffet price back to 11.00. That's it other than that the atmosphere was decent and quiet no one was there.

First time at this restaurant, Saturday night, it was only few tables were occupied.

We wanted to taste more than two dishes so I asked the server/ (I think it was the manager/owner)he explain the menus and recommend the group dish for two or more people.
There was onion bhaji that I find a bit dry a not so much onion flavours in it, I have drizzled it with a lot sauce.
Meat samosa, again it was a bit blunt and needed more seasoning.
Mushroom in sweet tomato sauce, it was good.
Beef dish was good, nice and tender and full of flavour.
Shrimp dish was good too.
Dishes were accompanied with rice and naan bread.
And the home made lemonade was good too, but it was a bit pricey.
I will go back and try more of their dishes.
The server were chatty and made us very welcome. 👌
