Ruby Tuesday

This was by far the worst Ruby Tuesdays we've been to. The staff needs training. I arrived with a party of 9, mostly children. No one was at the front to greet us. We waited at the front for 15 minutes. The staff saw us and still didn't seat us until we asked where the hostess was. We waited on our food for 45 minutes before it came out. I ordered a total of 4 samplers and each time all of the spinach dip came out cold. We had plastic to go utensils because there was a basket of dirty utensils in the booth near the bathroom. The service was so slow because the staff was in the kitchen yelling and being loud instead of filling orders. Our waitress was nice and did the best she could but this restaurant needs serious help. The food wasn't even good. It was lackluster. The bathrooms were gross with a bucket of cleaning wipes on the counter with sharpie marker writing that said please wipe toilet seat. All of the guests were waiting on food and simple stuff like the rest of us. We were there for 2 hours and 45 minutes because the food and service took so long. I asked for the check and she said she had to find a terminal that took another 20 minutes. After 20 minutes of waiting just to get the check, Most of my party walked out and went to their vehicle and none of the staff even noticed. I was still waiting to pay!

When I say Derrick and Yolonda are the bomb!!!! Listen, me and my girlfriend enjoyed every bit of our visit. From the time we walked in the service was phenomenal. The food was great. The drinks was great. I appreciate great service and great food! They rock! I recommend everyone come here; you won’t be disappointed.

Service was horrible. We waited for 10 minutes after being seated before our drink order was taken, we were never attended to during our meal and the food was par at best. The size of the “double meat” mushroom Swiss burger was laughable-see attached picture. We will not return for sure

Definately a disappointment. The building is run down. Bottom of shoes sticking to the dirty sticky floor. Carpet beyond filthy. People in next both over from us asked if service came out yet. Very small portions. Not much better than fast food with triple the prices.

When i walk in I Greeting person did 'nt no wear was Menu then to me you did'nt have Enough waiters it look like it was going to be long Special with one waiter. So I left..

The location seems outdated. The Pot Roast was lacking flavor and swimming in the ajus, which was not good. The toast was burnt. The plate was not appealing at all. The portion size on the fish and chips for an adult portion did not match. Spoke with QUINCY THE MANAGER WHO WAS VERY UNDERSTANING AND ACCEPTIVE of all of my concerns. We had placed some to go orders prior to the Dine in order. QUINCY made sure that these orders were correct . Thank you Quincy.

Only problem I have is when I get their at 8:06 pm THEY TELL ME THEY CLOSE DUE TO SHORT STAFF.HOW EVER I RAISE A CONCRN AND SPEAK TO THE MANAGER AND SHARE MY CONCERNS THEN THEY ALLOW ME TO STAY.ALSO THE RESTAURANT IS STILL OPEN TO DOOR DASH and Uber Eats or DELIVERY.
