Waffle House

Terrible. They need better staff with customer service skills. I feel bad for people that come in town (it’s near the airport), and go there thinking they’re going to get good service. It really depends on the time of day. Night staff/shift is piss poor, outside in the parking lot..watching customers walk in. It’s crazy.

This Waffle House is great. Fast service above average Waffle House food! Can’t go wrong here. I get the all star special and this is on my list of favorite waffle houses lol

Where do I start. First and foremost, the entire crew was outside smoking when we pulled up! We asked for hash browns well done.they were just thrown on a plate without melted cheese, and raw.
The orange juice was great because it was bottled. The waffle was a little doughy. The place needs to be cleaned throughly, and the cooks looked sloppy, like they slept in their clothes and woke up and went to work.
Our server was nice though!
Horrific experience. The server should go to another location!

Today July 14th , my mother and myself came from Eastpoint to this location for breakfast. We had a very nice server and she took our order to the tee. She understood how I wanted my eggs and she relayed this to the man who cooked them but he did not cook them they way she told him and my mother asked for raisin toast and got wheat toast. I had to wait again while he cooked them and he still did not get them right. If he is going to cook, make sure he listens to the servers because she surely does tell him. It's not fair to the server because I got angry but it was not with here as did the ladies in the booth next to mine. Breakfast was a mess. Thank you,

I frequent this location often, but whoever is working this shift needs to be thrown away. I waited for 5 minutes to be waited on in front of the register and both employees looked me directly in my face as if I wasn't there. They were both busy having unprofessional conversation and cursing as if a customer wasn't present. I waited to see how long it would take to be acknowledged and decided to leave after 5 minutes. I decided against speaking on the situation to them considering it wasn't going to be a good outcome of I did.

I eat here on a regular and never have any comments negative to say but there are times when you have to bring awareness to get rid of people who will destroy other people establishment by being disrespectful to customers. 6/19/2023 @9:15am, I walked in and grabbed a menu and the waitress immediately went off on me about a menu. I previously watched her rudely talk to a man who asked for a cup holder. Then she decided to try and talk crazy with me over a menu in front of of customers, “a menu”. It’s too early in the morning for this young lady to be trying to argue over a menu that are there for clients to grab to view, but it was obviously she was trying to pick a fight with anyone. The manager had to come out to resolve the issue and it’s sad that a business has to have these type of employees on staff making the entire place look bad.

The service was great! We waited a little bit to be fair it’s Waffle House in Atl. The food was good as well.
