A venerable Bangkok institution. I believe this is the original shop.

Their version of mapo tofu is interesting. A relatively mild rendition.

Egg plant fries have a surprising sweet kick...not for the faint hearted.

Their sweet and sour pork is a bit heavy on the vinegar but it packs a lively punch

The shrimp fried rice here is really good. It's not your typical variety as it is salt-based without so much as a drop of soy. Their version is clean, a focused taste without greasiness.

The dining room is no frills. They actually purchased new tables recently elevating the once sombre room with a brighter and livelier look.

Another family favorite. You can’t go wrong with the eggplant fries. This place is such a bargain the price is reasonable and everything were delicious. Our favorites are eggplant fries, mabo tofu, sweet and sour pork, stir fried beans, and their dumplings. There’s parking in the apartment complex nearby.

Very nice authentic Chinese restaurant.
The shop might look old but believe me the taste is so damn good.
The price was also really cheap.
I recommend fried beans with chilli, fried chilli and salt chicken.

The local chinese food in center of Bangkok. The good is good with bargain price. The dumpling and fry menu is hi light. More important, chilli dipping source is important for chinese menu, try it.

Very small easy Chinese Restaurant with very simple kitchen but the dishes are so tasty 😋 🤤 very popular by Thai people where living or working around the Restaurant. Sometimes for dinner you have standing in the line to get a table. All ingredients every day fresh. When you are to late, some dishes will be sold out. Western people are a little put off by the ambiance, but once you eat there you'll keep coming back 😁👍

Only Chinese restaurant in that area. Having AC is a plus. Food is alright depending on the time and day. The taste is very inconsistent. Fried rice is terrible. They don't speak English. Be prepared for that. Soups and green vege dishes are tasty and very authentic.

The food is really surprisingly tasty, especially for the price. I'd been wanting to try this place for over a year before I finally went in! It was always so busy but the day we went in it wasn't too bad. It is a tiny restaurant with only 6 tables but the service can be a bjt slow, although the food is prepared very fast.

My mom and I ordered a ton of vegetarian dishes including the soybean paste tofu stirfry, eggplant stirfry, eggplant dessert, and some greens. The eggplant fries were really popular but we were too full to try more unfortunately. We ended up having lots of left overs to take home. The only thing we were disappointed by was that they didnt have any vegetarian dumpling options because the dumplings looked great.
