Attendees and service are good however the price is a rip off and they're just cheating people, there is a big sign when you arrive $31.26 for the day (which totals to $40 with tax) but when I came to pick they said its $60 except if I get a coupon online and wait a half hr. Until its gets valid...

Service attendant was misleading and charged me $60 when he said I could stay for daily rate $31.26. Lesson learned...pay upfront and get it in writing. #nycparkingislousy

This spot was difficult for me to locate at first but I found I pretty easily when I returned to pick up my car. Average service, attendant was okay with instructions for parking but not very pleasant. He did his job and that's about it. The rate was reasonable I suppose. The area was clean and tidy, which was good to see. It was okay. Don't know if I will use this spot again in the future.

After asking them multiple times if $38 was the maximum for the day, they said yes. This is also on the sign you can see on street view and in person. Mon-Fri $38.01 if you enter after 10:00am. Upon returning, they said it was $60. This is a scam. Do NOT park here.

I wouldn't even give them a 1 star but I had to in order to post this. I never post negative reviews but they definitely will do wrong by you. If you ask them a price DO NOT believe them as they LIE. I was there yesterday and they told me $50.00 to park a van (they called oversized) which is only a toyota sienna, for a little over 3 hours and when I got back to get my car they charged me $75.00, well we had a discussion about it as I did not agree with the price .... oh and they have a price list on the little house they have which you can barely read, and they told me not to go there until i come back so I would have never seen that the price which is a rip off. I didn't argue with them just wrote on my receipt they told me $50 and I am now dealing with Customer Service. Also when they pulled out my car they backed it up and the floored the gas and squealed the wheels, totally inappropriate. I would not recommend ever parking there, they are rude, lie and will abuse ur car

Very upset customer! I pulled in to your lot located steps away from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and was told $35 for my SUV. My sister than pulled in behind me in her SUV and I said she was with me. The guy clearly said $35 for me and $15 for her total $50. I asked more than once to clarify since it seemed to good even asking so $25 per car and he said yes so we agreed to park and forgo our $34.95 coupon for the IKON lot located just down the street. When we picked up our cars he changed it to $35 for my car and $50 for my sister. After an altercation he proceeded to tell me I would have to now wait for my car. I had with me a 6 and 4 year old and it was 15 degrees outside. When he did finally bring a car it was not mine because he wrote down a brown Chevy Sudan and I have an orange 2018 equinox. He again proceeded to make me wait in the cold as he brought out other cars and was just yelling out types of cars. At one point he actually said who has the white lexis maybe I should have said me a jumped in and took off since he had no idea who’s car was whos. No one should ever park here and I will be writing this story on any review site I can unless we are reimbursed. It was a trouble operation.
