If you want to try the cheese cake, you can come over and take it away.
If you want to view the street view outside the top floor, please be patient and wait to get the queue during the weekend.
If you want to have a chill tea break, this is not a bad place, just you need to have no time to rush.
I can comment on the long queue, the waitress is not responding, food delivery is slow, get the bill to pay and you also need to sit and wait for the people to serve, I want to go to the counter to pay and quit also cannot. This is super horrible.

Such a lovely place for dining with friends and family. For the First time I went to this restaurant in San Francisco, and it made me to go again in San Diego. Such a nice atmosphere with very nice ambience. Food is really amazing 😻 I loved their sweet corn starter and they have like 20 odd cheese cake options. Must visit place when you are in California🥰
We went there craving for a traditional cheesecake, family with a small child. Had to wait for 20 min although lots of free space everywhere. The personnel was not friendly, if not even impolite. While the burger was acceptable and the cheesecake actually good, the service still lacked attentiveness.

There is a direct lift that takes you directly to the 8th floor. But the lift was dirty and did not get cleaned in the almost two hours that we spent there.
They have a waiting system and message you when your table is ready. When it was beyond the informed wait time we checked with the front desk again and immediately a table was allotted to us
Serve took some time to come but that was understood because almost all tables were occupied.
We ordered wings and quesadillas. The wings were very tangy and almost burning the lips They were also over fried. Quesadillas were good to taste. Avocado preparation along with it was very good to taste
Drinks were also made well but we got them much later than the food arrived

I don't know if this store is closing so I post the food we ate. My kids and wifey enjoyed eating at cheesecake factory. Is their first time my kids coming to 8th floor just to see the top floor view of union square. I think its better to go on a weekdays for lunch, I hate coming on weekends and dinner here it gets overcrowded and the wait time is long. The 5 of us we paid $255 not including tips.
First of all, the view from up top was amazing while we were dining outside. Loved it. Second, the food was good too. Literally devoured it lol. Though, I felt like the waiter was a bit unattentive and was literally telling us to give him a good review, which I found odd. But overall experience, it was refreshing and good. 😄
It is at the top of the macey building on the eighth floor. Keep going up once you reach the 7th floor to find the cheese cake factor. I liked the overlook of the city where people could eat and enjoy a decent view. We arrived around 3 and it was pretty busy. But we were able to get a seat pretty quick. They took a bit long to come out with our two orders, but the waitress did a great job checking on us and getting us a second round of bread.
