Everything was a 10 just as the reviews stated. The only thing is we ordered a to go item and they forgot to give it to us so we are still 2 days later waiting to hear from a manager regarding the matter. We will definitely be back the food was great.

A top notch steakhouse in downtown Orlando. We started with escargot, which I will typically try anywhere it is being served. The escargot here was very good, served in an actual escargot dish with butter in each socket. The snails served in the butter really allows them to soak it up. I went with the tried and true 8oz fillet, which was the perfect serving for me. The sides are big enough to share between 2 people. We got the grilled asparagus and au gratin potatoes, both were excellent and prepared perfectly. For desert we went with the dark chocolate molten turtle cake and bread pudding. The chocolate cake came with this vanilla ice cream rolled in pralines which was a great complement to the cake. The bread pudding was a sweet take on the delicious bread they serve, it is very filling.
The atmosphere is very relaxed and there is a nice vibe in the room. There are very high ceilings, and you can see the old architecture, which really adds to the atmosphere. This has to be my favorite feature, and one of the coolest things I have seen in a restaurant.
The servers provide top notch service. They know their stuff and know how to provide excellent service that a restaurant like this deserves.

I had the vegan option, which was good but not exceptional. The waitress Chrissy was fabulous and very attentive. I had the vegan crab cake, and although it was good and tasty, it did not give me crab Cake vibes.

4.5 ⭐ The food is very good and you can tell the ingredients are quality. The staff absolutely takes pride in the restaurant and food. The restaurant itself is very clean and well kept. Most of our food was absolutely delicious and well made. The waiter was knowledgeable on the ingredients and preparation process which I appreciated. We did have an issue with my main entree (half duck) it was extremely over cooked. But the staff went above and beyond to make it right the manager also approached us to apologize personally. We would return and recommend it as an excellent fine dining location.

Located in Downtown Orlando, Kres Chophouse is an independent steakhouse and staple restaurant.

At Kres Chophouse, they live by three fundamental principles: Source, Service, and Style. Where they source, their food is extremely important to them. The service is unmatched. The style is such a vibe. It’s red lit, sexy and seductive.

They have all the classics, but a modern twist. They also have a vegan menu which is extremely rare for a steakhouse. I was very impressed with it.

I had the seafood octopus and shrimp pesfasa and mixture of seafood tossed in a vinaigrette. It was so different and flavorful. It’s very rare that I get to try some thing I haven’t already.

Such a unique atmosphere and very pleasant wait staff! The food was very savory, and well prepared. All of those in my party ordered the filet, one ordered the filet with shrimp Oscar. We also ordered scalloped potatoes, the mashed potatoes and bacon, shrimp Mac N Cheese. I also ordered a side of pork belly with my filet. The filers were aged and had a very moist center. For drinks we ordered the Sage Cosmo and the Stinger. For dessert the creme brulee.

This was our third visit to this phenomenal restaurant, and if you have not yet been, I strongly encourage you to try. Starting with a welcoming atmosphere of high-end quality, you're welcomed by staff members (recommended make reservations) . The complimentary sourdough bread pairs well with the olive oil, patsley, fresh garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, and lemon zest.

They offer a Unique wine selection that encompasses some not so commonly available choices and the variety helps pair with food selections.

We have tried several items and this go round went with the classic filet mignon cooked perfectly ( mine medium well fiance likes medium rare) the meat is lightly seasoned and can taste the perfect amount of salt after being seared in .

We so opted to try the beef wellington, which was delightfully adorned with mushrooms and a perfectly cooked flaky crust. Must try if you have already sampled the steak

This go round, we tried the shrimp bacon Mac and cheese and were not disappointed. Large shrimp was cooked great, and the bacon flavor mixed great with the cheesy noodles .

Despite it being completely full.the wait staff did a great job maintaining flow

Overall, it was a great experience, and if you're serving top steak houses in Orlando, don't be swayed by the larger chains. You won't be disappointed.
