Staff in the shop is thinking they are working in a charity house and giving away clothes for free to you. Honestly speaking please don’t waste your time by visiting the shop, even though they have decent selection of dresses and good pricing. I felt that the staff is not paid their salary for several month and they want the shop to run in loss and close soon so they all can finish the owners business for good. Dear Owner of the shop - Good luck with such a loyal staff, I wish you will understand the frustration of a customer who was willing buy clothes for his family for Diwali and how your staff has made the feel for coming to your shop. A medium type cloth store in Madina Mall. They have a good collection of dress materials. There is some promotion going on, still there are very few or no customers in the stores. The price seems to be above average. The staff is not at all co operative and just ignore the customers. The facial expression of the cashier is as if she is giving out the materials for free, no wonder the store is empty.

Hi the staffs are very bad in treating the customer service they all agitate to show the items, none of the staffs were there in some sections to assist the customers and when I complained to the manager over there he is also very rude to the customers and not responding properly as all over very very bad experience…please improve your service …..
