Doesn’t get any better. Family recipes, best ingredients.
Picked up a few to take back to Fla.
Support your neighborhood small business while you still can and enjoy!

Awesome bread and cookies! They are the best I ever had from a bakery, I highly recommend this bakery for those who want to enjoy wonderful treats :)

I’ve been coming here the past 30 years and their bread is baked to perfection. Although I moved further away I still will drive out to get my bread from here.

Found this place by accident yesterday. I bought some cookies, a piece of strawberry shortcake, lobster tail and an Italian bread. When I say the bread was probably the best Italian bread I have ever tasted, I am not lying. I was flying back home to Orlando so I hoped that the cookies would not only travel well but also taste fresh. They were delicious. I will definitely stop by whenever I am back in NYC. While visiting I chatted with a women who may have been the owner buy she was very nice as well. Definitely recommend this bakery and do not leave without buying an Italian bread. I'm bummed I didn't buy more than 1.

Very good and pretty unexpected. Whole wheat bread is very good, croissants are decent. And some puff pasty with sweet cheese is great.

I was a little surprised the last time that I visited to pay almost $10 for two pastries and an Italian bread. I've been to this bakery before when the prices were more reasonable but I can understand that times are hard now and I didn't question the amount. However after I went home, I realized that the cream in the cannoli tasted like it had gone bad. The fresh bread almost made up for it. Not sure when the pastries are made at this bakery but unfortunately not the first incident of baked goods not tasting fresh. The last time were the small danishes. The time before that were the seeded cookies (which were hard and overcooked). Each time that I went, I kept expecting better results. Sadly there is little reason to return to this place.
