Small area with plenty of old office buildings, located near to housing area. There are several blocks here and those buildings are well arranged accordingly. Overall, the place is quite old but well maintained and clean.

Security guard was friendly and helpful. Ample parking inside the compound. Parking fee required if you enter the premise, but most will park just outside the premise which only required cheaper parking fee.

JMartin John Mayor's signature model is in the shop.

Three of my favorite businesses are there. Tacklebox fly shop is a great place and in my opinion the best place in all Malaysia for fly-fishing materials for tying flies, entry level rods and reels, lessons and everything plus for fly-fishing. They have spin rods and reels and tackle. But what makes the place even better is the many years of fishing knowledge that is in the shop.

Another place I really enjoy is a legit spa that has massuese from Bali and it's a complete spa for men and women. Extremely well run. The court yard has a great place for Malay food as well as Chinese.

The place is great to shop but I don’t like the underground parking. It’s dark and the lifts are mostly broken.

This place has seen its hey days even 20 yrs ago and now it is still standing, but lots of empty shops. The famous uncle soon fried rice has moved here and attracted some crowd over. Same goes to the famous SS15 Rojak also moved into this building.

Good and quite place
A lot of shops closed due to the pandemic but it was still fantastic in a very busy area.
Unfortunately my last visit I did not take pictures due to my phone charge was so low 🔅

They need to focus of shops that's more into students coz the place full of universities 👏🏻😍
