Chipotle Mexican Grill

Been here more than a couple of times. 80% of the time they are missing a key item and do not tell you until you've already made your burrito. This time they were "out of lettuce". However, at the very front of the line they had a bowl full of Lettuce that i saw when I made my order. I looked at her and said "there is Lettuce at the front of the line. I saw it". She just looked at me and said "nope". The other times I've been here (usually around 5PM) they have been out of Lettuce (this is often), chicken, beef, queso. If I'm having this issue every time I come in then I'm guessing it's a regular occurrence. Please fix your faulty inventory system. Will not be back after having around 5 different times of this happening and employees not communicating.

Got a bowl with chicken.. probably like 6-7 pieces tops. Hardly any rice/lettuce/salsa.. They skimped it EXTREMELY. I know its a general Chipotle issue, but come on, I mentioned it because it looked so pitiful but all they said thats what they serve unless I wanted ‘extra’.

I got my food still because I was on lunch and had a free chips/guac (literally from them messing my order up a month ago). I should’ve just walked out.

I ordered a bowl with chicken. When I got it it was almost all rice. I added (extra cost) grilled veggies and guacamole. There we literally a couple onions and about two strips of thin bell peppers. And there was ALMOST NO chicken!! This cost $17!!! Will not eat here again. I used to love this place. At that price I could make bowls for 5-7 days at home.

Definitely a great place to go and enjoy amazing food , great service , clean environment & affordable pricing ! A must when your in missoula . Swing by and check them out you won't b disappointed!!!!!!!!!

These pictures are after immediately removing the lid from the plate. I ordered through the app for pick up and did find this out until I was miles away. I did not touch a thing, completely disgusting, it looks as if they gave me someones half eaten meal! I have left a review with yelp and via their app and have had ZERO response from anyone with this establishment. My order # was 1SB-6AB , I want an IMMEDIATE REFUND!
I never expect much from here but this is absolutely appalling , I will NEVER enter a Chipotle again and will share these photos and my experience with everyone I know!

I appreciate everyone that works there, although I shouldn’t have more guac on my burrito than protein..was extremely disappointed last 2 times I went, it was like I was eating straight guac with a tortilla…that ran me 23bucks…maybe spread it vs just throw it on there. Also the last 2 times the rice wasn’t cooked all the way so that’s always a bummer.

It’s a roll of the dice how your experience will be. I love Chipotle but this place is a mess. Half the time out of an item, multiple times have ordered a drink to only find out when I go to fill it up there either isn’t ice, the machine is down or Diet Coke isn’t Diet Coke. Have brought it up and it’s still not fixed. No one seems to care except one manager. Go spend your money somewhere else or just make it at home because you can know what you’re going to get!
