HRA is broken. I had to file a complaint when they gave me instructions (printed on paper) that have been inaccurate since 2020.

I walked for miles in the heat on an empty stomach, only to arrive to the closed building they sent me to. They said I'd get my benefits sooner if I walked there. It took another month.

Surprisingly the staff were the best I ever had. It's a long wait and it's the people that need help that get a little aggressive but overall, they were so kind. I was impressed.

After Veterans Day last week, there was a very long line and all the machines were broke for several hours. It was pouring rain that day. I standed there for no reason. What a waste of time for people who are coming afar.

Came to get a replacement card, process overall took less than 20 minutes walk in no appointment or anything. Fast service, thanks for making my life a little easier

Absolutely bizarrely: the nicest and most efficient government office I’ve ever been to. I went to get a new card. I was in and out in 15 minutes. There was no extraneous paperwork. The woman greeted me warmly and joked about getting pictures taken. The staff seemed to like each other. I was out of there in 10 minutes with a full card all process complete. I took time to go back and thank the woman who greeted me in befuddled astonishment.
