I used to love this place. But last couple times I’m getting really bad service. Ordered 2 times well done burger (because my fiance is pregnant) and we are getting medium rare!!!!
Good service. I ordered pick up last Thursday. They called shortly after order was picked up from the restaurant to let us know that there was an error and they would be sending a whole new order without additional charge. I was impressed by their promptness and acknowledgment. Burgers are excellent and I will definitely be ordering again

After 6 months of living here and being huge fan of burgers I can say I’ve tried all the burger places in Astoria, but this one stands out. I’ve been eating from here 5 times and every time food was delicious. Atmosphere is good for any occasion and service is professional and excellent

Probably the best place to snag a burger in Astoria. Great fries, waffle fries and onion rings. So crispy! Excellent service and a nice place to dine in.
Had a double smash burger and fries. For a place that doesn't specialize in this style of burger, they made a decent go at it. I'm a salt fiend and found the burger to be too salty. (better than no seasoning.) Bun sliced an inch higher would have allowed the grease and onions to have a place to go.
Fries were fresh.
Service was spot on. I wanted for nothing and love that the silverware and condiments were already on the table.

The team at Burger Club was amazing. Had a last minute switch up and needed a place that can seat 11 people for my nephew's birthday and the team was amazing. Service on point. I had the three cheese burger and it was delicious. My friend's had the Smash Burger and also a vegan burger and everyone loved their burgers, my nephew ended up having two burgers. They have beers on tap with a good selection of draft to accommodate everyone.
This has been my go to place for burgers, the last few times I've been in town and I absolutely love it! I have tried a few burgers already and they have not disappointed at all. They have pretty awesome sweet potato fries and waffle fries as well. I would go back as many times as I could.
