Doris is an absolute gem! Not only does she remember my order each time, but her sweetness truly makes every visit to the burrito place a delightful experience. It's staff like her that turn a simple meal into a highlight of the day. Highly recommend -exceptional service thanks to Doris!
I'm always up for a good burrito and i've had very good experiences with other fresh burritos especially for veggie options, so I gave this one a try. The food was great but the staff seemed unwelcoming a bit and i wasn't too pleased. Thankfully tho, the place is quite big, lots of spot to sit and eat and it doesn't look bad on the inside. Could be improved on tho.
Love the atmosphere and how the staff assured me and made me feel noticed from the moment I entered the restaurant. I even got really good recommendations on what I’d like in my burrito bowl and was really hospitable and understanding!

I went in today around 12pm to order 2 burritos. As the worker was making my food there were flies in and around the food. She saw it and starting hitting them away from the food. I ended up leaving because the bugs fully touched the food. This is a HUGE health concern and the manager did not even call me to discuss this. Horrible! It's unfortunate because I actually like Fresh Burrito but this experience has completely turned me off!

So my wife wanted to try something new and this place is nearby. So we happened to visit here and my wife wanted to try something Vegetarian.
The Burrito she customized was spicy and exceeded her expectations.
The person serving the food was very generous and was very welcoming. We very much liked the experience and I am waiting to get back there and update experience

i went around 11pm and the server was having her earphones on and not paying attention. I had to repeat myself 3 times. also the quantity i would like to point out for a $12 burrito bowl. This food chain is my goto place but i am not sure for this location.
lazy and incompetent staff members who DO NOT know how to make my chicken quesadilla that i ordered. my chicken quesadilla came with NO CHICKEN INSIDE IT. i have attached a photo of my meal at the bottom of my review, so people can see how terrible of a job the lazy workers have done to my meal. even worse, i can't even get my refund and i'm super pissed and feel scammed. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU DON'T CARE TO WASTE YOUR MONEY. this location needs to shut down by the Labour Board for scamming customers. highly NOT recommended
