I put in a lead earlier about a particular vehicle on their lot. I later decided that I wasn't going to go for the vehicle. I eventually let them know that I wasn't going to be buying a for a while, and that I would reach out when I was ready. They repeatedly kept texting me asking if anyone had contacted me, which I would reply with yes. I eventually had to warn them in my replies if they kept reaching out I would just block the number. They reached out more and today I had enough and blocked it. I work in car sales personally. Not going to leave a bottom tier review because I never entered the dealership. But the constant text messaging despite the fact I had said I am not a position to buy was very annoying. Please consider changing your system.

I bought a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee from here a couple weeks ago. The experience is like any other dealership that I've delt with. There will be haggling over price, warranty , down payment, deposit, ect. I did get the truck I wanted, the warranty I wanted and the bank I'm already banking with so no problem there.
