Isam Hatu is the owner of the company so his 5 star rating of his own company shouldnt count... terrible to deal with...guess's on what he needs and makes you good for the freight to get back... We will not sell to them again.

I got a used AC compressor from here and when I left it was leaking oil all over the place but they said it was fine. My mechanic refilled the oil when he installed it, but it still had problems afterwards (kept seizing on and only worked half the time) so after going back to the mechanic a couple weeks later I was told it's defective and needed to be replaced. I called Jerusalem Auto and they said they wouldn't do anything for me because they only have a 2 week warranty on compressors and it was past that. My mechanic was shocked and said everyone else has at least 30 days (it had been less than 30 days) and would have exchanged it for me. I ended up having to throw the part out and lose the cost of it. Why sell parts you have no confidence in?
This was the second compressor I got from them that had problems. The first one had the electrical connection wire snipped of so short that it couldn't be spliced with the electrical connector of the one I was replacing so it couldn't be installed. I took it back to them and they said my mechanic was a crook, but at least I was able to return it (for $20 less than I paid for it, but I couldn't argue it since I paid cash and didn't have a receipt).
Needless to say after all that wasted time and lost money I don't trust them any more and I'll never go back.
