I highly recommend CFBI. They performed a one year home warranty inspection for me and I am very pleased with the quality of their work. Jason was very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. He arrived right on time and spent about 3 hrs going over our home. When, finished, he discussed his findings with us and then sent a detailed status report as well as an easy to digest summary of his findings. Outstanding from the very beginning. When I called to schedule our inspection I spoke with Mia. Mia was kind and very helpful. She helped me determine our inspection needs and even called me back after our initial call to provide more information. We hit the jackpot with our inspector. Andrew looked our property over from top to bottom and provided a detailed list of all the deficiencies along with explanations. And the report is so detailed. No stone was left unturned.
We will absolutely use CFBI and Andrew again and will recommend them highly to others.

Everyone from the phone receptionist to the inspector, was excellent. The inspector Javier was on time. In fact, he was early, which shows a lot about how this company operates. Javier was awesome. He spent hours in the house to make sure he went over everything in a very detailed way. He did everything from Sewer scope, to checking out the attic. At the end, I received videos and documents with pictures detailing everything he did and the recommendations for the builder so they can rectify the things found. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone seeking an inspector. I am so much more at peace knowing that I can move forward with the purchase. Javier did an amazing job and was very friendly. Before my year is up, I am going to contact them again so that They can go back out.

Noah provided a very thorough report the day after he performed the inspection of our new "soon-to-be" home. His report was very meticulous and easy for a layperson, such as myself, to understand, especially with the photos. He left no stone unturned.

Also, kudos to Jeanette. She was so easy to work with for scheduling and provided all necessary insurance documents to the builder before she was even asked. Additionally, she always any questions I had without any hesitation. She was very patient and accommodating during this entire process.
