Union City Municipal Court

I called these people on two separate occasions as I submitted evidence via email the only method available to me as their website won't let you upload documents of valid parking passes that I had in my car for a ticket I was warranted and the lady said the judge was on vacation for three weeks after giving me an unfair and wrong guilty verdict. She even said over the phone that she verified that I did everything right and could see the parking pass and now I'm being accused of it being overdue. I will NEVER visit NJ again.

The court clerk was very very nice and helpful…Once transferred to Anna she was soo nice… I am pleasantly surprised and impressed…FYI I rarely leave reviews but this one I had to share!!!

Michelle was the woman that helped me she’s a clerk and so patient and kind. I definitely had a good experience in this courthouse because of her!!! We need more people like her to work in public places!!!

Online website to pay traffic tickets doesn’t let you fully add the prefix. It is a scam that prevents payment of your tickets. This dirty, smelly, gross city can’t afford to miss out on my $53. Fix this tech issue please and maybe put my money towards making your city not smell like a pile of garbage. Great thanks.

Have tried calling many times between 9am and 5pm but nobody picks up. I let it ring for a few minutes before hanging up. They need an answering service or some way to leave a message. I got a parking ticket while driving through Union City. I'm not from NJ so I can't go in person. I did pay for parking and have the receipts but I have no way of contesting it unless I get through to a human.

Good luck getting someone to answer the phone. Multiple calls after 9am on more than 1 occassion but nobody answers. Will be going in person for a simple question that can be answered on the phone. There are people willing to do the job properly who are unemployed. Hire them.

who cares about what we wrote here. nobody told us if we need to register first. so there are two lines. after spending in line for over 30 min, many people were told to go to court directly. also, they really should send note with summon that you need to hire attorney if it is corporation.

How can I stop all of the useless mail I get from these people? Do I need a spam mailbox at my apartment???
