Not too big of a park but a remarkable spot to catch the sunrise. If you can get up early enough to get out here to watch the sun come up you definitely wont regret it.
Beautiful area to walk about in, some beaches are suitable for children but not perhaps for the really young ones, too rocky and rough. Never not a good time to go. Can be windy!
Good trail to sea
Used it as a shortcut and had to get off my bike but i was happy there was a trail.
A fun short trail for a pretty nice view! Not recommended for seniors as there are a lot of drops and step ups. Also not for those with knee problems.
Beautiful little park hidden away near Ten Mile Point with gorgeous views of Mount Baker and the islands. There are a few great spots in the park to sit and enjoy the view and one trail through the park that branches off near the end. One goes to the beach and one exits the park. I use the park almost daily during work as my walk and have seen that it is maintained regularly by a diligent group of volunteers. One of the best maintained parks in Saanich! Great as a cut through or for a picnic.
Super private and pretty space; not a lot of room to sit out down by the water, but we found a great tuft of grass for a blanket and were the only ones there for hours on a Friday!
