Cozy and comfortable. Good coffee but the food is not that great. I love the hazelnut frappe coffee with whip cream above.
It was not crowded when I was there. Just 3 table occupied but the group beside us was too loud so it was a bit disturbing. Fortunately they go not a long time after we in. The staff also super helpful and fast.
