As frequent patrons of this Starbucks location at BLVD2030, my friends and I have had the unfortunate experience of being treated poorly by one of your baristas named Maha. We have been loyal customers of Starbucks for a long time and this recent occurrence is far from the Starbucks customer service standard we have come to expect. Maha's behavior and attitude towards us has been consistently disrespectful and dismissive. She often treats us as if we are ordering free drinks or she is personally financing our purchases. This has created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere, which is not representative of the Starbucks brand we know and love.

We understand that everyone has off days, but Maha's regular pattern of behavior indicates a deeper issue that needs to be addressed.

We believe in the values that Starbucks stands for and we hope that this issue can be resolved promptly.
